We are dedicated to providing the highest quality infrared technology through superior customer service.    By using state-of-the-art thermal imagery equipment in order to identify problems and potential problems areas in all mechanical, electrical and structural disciplines and expose  unnecessary energy consumption.  It is our goal to make "thermal imagery precision maintenance" (TIPM) an industry standard and the primary means of saving maintenance and energy dollars.  TIPM is the preventative maintenance and energy marshal of the future.
